Throughout his career, Lamar has worn many hats. He's served as a President, CEO, and business leader, managing multimillion dollar operations and helping organizations grow. He also founded and led a real estate sales and appraisal business and is a licensed appraiser in the state of Georgia. His experience in strategic planning, problem solving, and property valuation gives him a practical and knowledgeable approach to commercial, land, farm, and residential real estate.

Before his business career, Lamar proudly served 20 years in the United States Army, retiring as a First Sergeant. During his military career, he held several leadership positions and earned numerous awards for his dedication and service. His military background taught him the importance of integrity, discipline, and following through on commitments, values he continues to carry into everything he does.

Lamar holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Organizational Development, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Beyond his professional accomplishments, family, faith, and community remain important parts of his life. He and his family reside in Bartow County and attend First Baptist Church in Cartersville, where he serves as a deacon and Sunday School teacher.
