Casey Garrett, Agent

Casey Garrett is a new real estate agent for Garrett Land Company but is not new to the real estate industry. He is the fourth generation of his family in the real estate industry. He worked as a project superintendent on new construction homes, managed rental properties, and assisted in the completion of residential and commercial developments. He spent years working on the family farm putting up fencing, running water lines, and baling hay. Throughout his career, Casey has been passionate about helping people. For the last thirteen years, he helped people in the manufacturing industry as a Human Resources Trainer, specializing in onboarding, training, and developing people. Casey's experience of assisting employees to understand HR Policy, OSHA law, and EPA law as well as assisting with the completion of employer documentation will ensure you are getting an agent with the attention to detail needed to help you understand and complete real estate transactions.  Casey lives in Polk County with his wife Brittany and their two children. He is a die-hard Georgia Bulldogs fan and New York Giants fan. He enjoys working outdoors on his land and in his barndominium. Whether you are a buyer or a seller client, Casey is the right agent for you and will work hard to make sure your real estate needs are met.

Danny Tucker, Appraiser

 Danny Tucker, owner of Tucker Appraisal Services, is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with over 40 years of experience. He received his B. S. degree in Agriculture from the University of Georgia in 1968. He has also earned additional certificates in Principals of Real Estate Appraisal, Practice of Real Estate Appraisal, Narrative of Real Estate Appraisal, Farm and Land Appraisal, Direct Capitalization, Yield Capitalization, and Professional Standard of Ethics from Lincoln Graduate Center. He has earned the recognition of Master Residential Appraiser and Master Farm and Land Appraiser from the National Association of Master Appraisers. He is a former member of the National Association of Master Appraisers, the Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers and was a candidate for the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Past Experiences are: Managing Cattle Farms after College Graduation, Ten (10) years as Loan Officer and Appraiser for Ag Georgia Farm Credit and twenty (20) years self-employed Real Estate  Appraiser (Residential, Land and Commercial Appraisals). Danny and his wife, Carol, have three children, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Danny’s hobbies include being a former avid runner as well as raising award-winning American Quarter Horses.

Sandra Bell, Office Manager & Real Estate Professional Assistant

andra is passionate about her work as a Real Estate Administrator and brings integrity, teamwork, commitment and conviction to her chosen career.   Consequently, these qualities plus learning and assisting with new systems as they are implemented in the ever changing business of real estate have allowed her to grow successfully both within her career and as a person. Having 25+ years tenure as an administrator allows Sandra to bring essential experience to Garrett Land Company and make significant contributions to the business.  She has been a certified Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA) since 2005 and stays up to date with real estate related products and classes.  Being a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills provides her the unique ability to work in the fast-paced environment of real estate.  She exhibits solid decision making skills and her extensive experience dealing with multiple real estate based activities allows her to quickly prioritize and handle issues as they arise.  Believing that customer relations are first and foremost in any business partnership makes her an asset to Garrett Land Company and their culture.

Marty Garrett, Administrative Assistant

Marty Garrett is a professional assistant for Garrett Land Company. She brings 15 years of experience in office management in the land development and homebuilding industry with expertise in organization and correspondence. Marty is a graduate of Berry College and Piedmont College and is a retired educator who taught elementary education for 22 years. She enjoys family time with her children and grandchildren, traveling to state and national parks in the U.S., and working on the farm that she shares with her husband, Mike, in Taylorsville, Georgia.
